In order to maintain a high degree of integrity and effectiveness in our classes, it is essential that you understand the following information prior to enrolling.

Deposit Policy: Please understand that Firearms Training Institute, Inc. offers classes which require payment up front for registration. We keep classes small for the benefit of students, therefore, no reservation will be held for you and you will not be registered for the class until we physically receive your class registration form and a check for the tuition.

Refund Policy: If your class is canceled, your deposit is fully refundable. If you call our office at least fourteen (14) days before your class to cancel, you will be refunded your entire tuition. If you do not call, your tuition WILL NOT be refunded because someone else could have attended in your place.

Our courses fill rapidly—often as far in advance as six to eight weeks prior to the scheduled class. To enroll in a class, please register as far in advance as you are able.

I agree to abide by all safety procedures required by the Firearms Training Institute, Inc., and I agree to release the Firearms Training Institute, Inc. from any and all responsibility for any injury(s) sustained by me during the training program. In signing this application, I certify that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age, am eligible to possess a Firearm Owner's Identification Card issued by the Illinois State Police, I have never been convicted of a felony, and am not currently not subject to an Order of Protection. I understand that if I submit a false application or am found to be disruptive in class I will forfeit my class fee.
